The 1% problem

we had elections for mayor in new orleans on saturday. not living in new orleans (i live in covington), i had no say in this. but it was revealed in the fallout that 1% of voters went for kimberly williamson butler. the clerk of courthip-deep in spending scandals since day one of her tenure, demoted when she refused to actually assist in the organization of the elections, then ARRESTED when she deemed that ruling invalid, then FLEEING/HIDING and then making statements from, i kid you not, an UNDISCLOSED LOCATION about how she would not be summoned to court. then, in defiance of all of the courst she was sworn to actually, you know, HELP, she decided the sanest thing to do woul be to RUN FOR MAYOR HERSELF.

so, i propose that the 1% of the voting population that voted for her, be found and prevented from using electronic devices, driving, speaking unless spoken to, or roaming freely among us upright-walking mammals.

seriously, these people should no be allowed to breed.
